How will we receive offers?

Offers will be sent to the email associated with your account. Once your account is set up you will automatically begin receiving our offers within 1-3 business days.

How do I know the restrictions?

Each Excel sheet will have any selling restrictions listed in the restriction column. Restrictions are also listed in the offer email.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Each Excel sheet will have the MOQ listed in the MOQ column. MOQ’s are also listed in the offer email.

Does Amazon accept your invoices for ungating purposes?

An invoice will be provided upon purchase of item, Amazon has accepted invoices in the past, but we cannot guarantee that Amazon will always accept an invoice.

What is the process to order?

When you have assessed the offers and are prepared to proceed with an order, kindly reach out to your dedicated sales representative with the item #, UPC#, item description, and the requested quantities. Your sales representative will then be able to initiate the ordering process on your behalf.

Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?

Our pricing is flexible, particularly for larger orders, and we are open to negotiation.

Do you provide free shipping?

No, we do not provide free shipping. We obtain freight quotes once the address has been provided and will be added to the invoice.

Do you accept returns?

No. All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in the event of product defects such as breakage, incorrect expiration dates, discrepancies in description, etc. The sales representative must be notified within five (5) business days of receiving the order.

Are you an authorized wholesaler? Do you provide letters of authorization?

Yes, we are an authorized distributor, sourcing our products directly from manufacturers. Regrettably, we do not provide letters of authorization.
